This one-off class is exclusively here to show you how to build true strength in the gym.

Lifting correctly is one of the most important skills in the gym. All people who go to the gym will benefit immensely from learning the powerlifting fundamentals. The Squat, Bench press & Deadlift.

Many new gym-goers often:

  1. Avoid the big lifts in fear of doing them incorrectly

  2. Injure themselves when performing the big lifts because they are lifting correctly

  3. Perform the big lifts incorrectly and make minimal progress

Christian Merrett is the pound-for-pound strongest member and coach of SMA, who can currently deadlift 3.2x his own bodyweight, squat 2.5x his bodyweight, and bench press over 100kgs. Christian originally injured his back from deadlifting, and was forced to learn the proper technique himself in orderto heal his back and resume lifting.

In this one-off class, you can expect to :

  • Learn the correct technique on the Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift

  • Understand how to make sure you’re getting the most out of your training program

  • Discover Christian's favorite bonus exercises that helped him build a stronger foundation on his big 3 lifts.

This class is held only once, and is strictly limited to 5 people. Suitable for Male and Females of all ages with muscle and toning goals.
