Measurements and scales are the most  common tools we use to assess our body.

For many people it can be very frustrating to exercise and eat a healthy diet only to see the number on the scale stay the same. But body composition is more than a number unlike your bathroom scale.

A bathroom scale may be a good tool for measuring weight, but it may not accurately reflect your true health. Body composition takes your weight measurement one step further, figuring out what percentage of your weight comes from fat, muscle, and bone.
